We Care About Public Broadcasting
We here in the Suck It Easy band are big fans of the arts. We love all kinds of art. Whether its film or music or sculpture or fashion or even just plain old popular culture, we love it all.
One of the great things about public broadcasting is that we can all help keep the arts alive on television. And we’re not talking about just any old art that the major networks will expose us to, or any old art that some corporate sponsor spoonfeeds us…
On Tuesday, December 2nd, three brave members of the Suck It Easy band will step forth and do our part to help preserve public broadcasting on Long Island. Channel 21 WLIW needs our help and we have sprung into action.
You can help too. Dustin Easy, Vin Easy, and Tim Easy, will be manning the WLIW phone lines from 7pm until 11pm on Tuesday December 2nd. You can call us, talk to us, make a pledge, donate any amount, no amount is too small (or too large, for that matter). No prank calls, please.
